Rose Foaming Face Wash Review

What It Is

A mild foaming face cleanser that smells delightfully of roses

What It Does

Removes dirt and makeup without leaving skin feeling dry and tight. Best of all, for a few minutes, your bathroom will smell like a rose garden.

KEY INGREDIENTS:

Aloe, glycerin, and rose-flower oil (moisturize); lauryl glucoside and sodium cocoyl glutamate (cleanse)

HOW IT LOOKS/FEELS/SMELLS:

This cleanser comes out of the pretty glass bottle clear and slippery as water but quickly lathers up. Did we mention it smells of roses? Because it does.

WHY WE LIKE IT:

Remember those old commercials where a groggy guy gets in the shower, and as he lathers up his soap (seriously—so much lather!), the scent begins to wake him up? We've never had one of those this-soap-is-as-good-as-coffee moments, but this cleanser gets us close. It has a genuinely transporting fragrance—one that feel rejuvenating, not chemically bracing—and for an all-natural product, it produces a very satisfying lather. It also did the trick of leaving our face feeling clean but not stripped, so we can use it several times a day on our sensitive, dry skin.

PRICE*: $22
