The tiny pot of creamy eyeliner comes with a slightly tapered, semi-stiff brush that's housed in the cap. It's available in four potent shades—including our favorite, shimmery Brown (shown here).
WHY WE LIKE IT:
The formula glides on smoothly and blends easily, making a sexy smudged look easy to achieve. You can also draw a killer thick line on the upper lids—and once it sets, it stays put. The one caveat: The brush isn't small enough to create a precise thin line.
