Justin Bieber's already impressive collection of tattoos isn't going to stop growing any time soon, as evidenced by his latest Instagram posts. On September 7, the singer revealed to fans that he just scored a new neck tattoo from one of Hollywood's most beloved artists. "thank you for the 🌹 🙏," he captioned his selfie, revealing a hyper-detailed rose laid vertically down the right side of his neck. Shortly after, he posted a short video of the tattooing in action, followed by another selfie of himself with the new ink.
The rose was tattooed by artist Dr. Woo, which isn't surprising because it's clear to see that it's been done in his signature single-needle style. Even if you don't recognize Woo by name, you've likely seen his work; he's got a lengthy list of A-list clients. Vanessa Hudgens received a tattoo of an angel from him earlier this year; Lucy Hale has a light bulb on her arm courtesy of Woo; Miley Cyrus has been tattooed by him a couple of times.
That isn't where this tattoo artist's impressive resumé ends, either. Earlier this year, he launched Woo, a skin-care line aimed to help people take care of their tattoos (people who don't have tattoos can use it, too, though). Some of the brand's products include a set of gentle body soaps, moisturizer, hand sanitizer, and a sunscreen due to launch in November that you can pre-order now. Any reputable tattoo artist will stress to you the importance of using gentle, fragrance-free products after getting tattooed, so let's hope Biebs is stocking up on Woo products right now.
